Two days ago, the day after the storm, there was no wind at all, and the temperature lurked just around the freezing point. That lasted until 2 am yesterday, when the temperature started dropping, bottoming out (so far) at -14.5 C at 4 am tonight, just 26 hours later.
Oh, and when I went home yesterday it was -8 C and winds were at 14m/s, which was quite a bit more uncomfortable than the storm on Tuesday.
Maybe we'll get a winter up here this year after all?
