It's hard to be a vice president. Not only do the websites you claim back your views vehemently deny this, but then you get the name mixed up and refer people to factcheck.com instead of factcheck.org - I never thought Cheney would ever lead me to a website I liked!

(At least the town that shares his name is better than him)

I am so terribly amused by the mis-naming of the fact check site. Seriously!

I thought it was a great debate, in all....that's the kind of tension we need between candidates if it's a dead heat, not the obvious spanking GWB got on THursday. WHy are people voting for this guy???

I can't believe it. What a gaff! :)

Factcheck.org is one of my favorite sites, so when I heard Cheney mis-name it in the part of the debate that I caught, my friend and I cynically mused that it might turn out to be a Republican-slanted site with a similar name to the non-partisan, excellent factcheck.ORG.

Err... Not quite, as it turns out :) Aiiee!

I hope people eventually make their way to the org to help better inform their decision, and show how both sides are telling all kinds of lies.

Still... funny as hell :)
