It's april. Does anyone want half a meter of snow? Some of it is fresh from this morning!
(On the up side, I have better cordial now. On the down side, both hubby and I are sick.)
crazycatladymel, it is your fault that I spent the weekend reading everything in Crazy Aunt Purl's blog. (I don't knit and never have; the best I could do in home ec 20 years ago was an egg warmer that was too small and could barely be used as an egg hat.)

Regarding Crazy Aunt Purl: Um, sorry? ;-)
Truly, she's a very refreshing writer. She mixes up the real life introspection with the knitting (and her enthusiasm for that could apply to any craft). I still smile when I think of her hitting that guy over the head with her umbrella.

If I were to pursue a similar hobby, it'd be crochet. I did manage to make two doll blankets and one tiny purse way back when :)
