A while back, we tried a spice pack that was labeled 'greek wrap'. It was two bags of spices; one to mix in ground meat, one to mix in sour cream, and then you put meat and lettuce and sour cream dressing in a wrap tortilla (yes, it doesn't sound very Greek :) ). The meat was very spicy, and the dressing was very cool, so they tempered each other.
Today, we try a similar 'tex mex wrap'. The meat has a slight flavor of herbs, and the dressing tastes hot. It did taste okay put together, but we're pretty sure they got the two spice bags mixed up. Also, this drove my husband to eat something sour cream based :)
