There should be laws against this kind of weather

Two days ago: temperatures just below freezing. Cloudy but fairly pleasant.

Yesterday: temperatures around 5 C, pouring rain, streets turning into very wet skating rinks.

Today: temperatures around -5 C, and there's fresh snow on top of aforementioned skating rink.


If I am very lucky, the snow started before the water on top of the ice fully froze, so the ice will be rough. If not, I'll have a very interesting time getting to the bus stop today.
