I left work 3 hours early due to being too fuzzy-headed/feverish/dizzy/nauseated to be much good. Some oranges, chocolate and rest later I feel much better and hope to be able to function sanely at work tomorrow :)

Highlights of the 4.5 hours I spent there: selling a pair of very nice binoculars, and getting our shipment of very cute baby/toddler sunglasses :)

I love cute glasses for little kids!

What would you recommend for shooting glasses? I look really dumb at the range with the protective goggles over my glasses (but I like SEEING the targets). I have my old pair of plastic-frame glasses, they're lightweight something-or-other (to avoid the bottleglass thick I'd need if they were glass).

): I hope you're feeling better, now!

Shooting glasses still stump me :/ My head boss is better at that. All I know is that some people have part of their prescription mounted on the gunsight.

Actually, there exists glass lenses with index 1.9 that are thinner than anything available in plastic, but they'd still be heavy, and brittle. I'm sticking with my 1.74 plastic (even when I seem to be unable to find my own prescription without giving myself a headache)

Thanks! It's not biggie, I was just curious, and I think you're the only person I know online that I could run that by. Mine aren't bad (weight-wise), and I don't mind looking like a dork with the goggles on over them.

Chocolate is a good thing! I hope you're feeling better.

(I'm off to buy some chocolate as a thank you gift for someone who got rid of an entire group of guys who'd camped out in the other half of my cube for most of the day. She said they were driving HER crazy (not true) and they had to leave. God bless her!)
